Collins Road Theatres
CRIFF host since 2004, Collins Road Theatres is the home of REAL BUTTER. The only locally-owned movie theatre in the metro area, where you will find the best prices on tickets and concessions, and the best customer service! Initially showing second-run and independent films, the venue switched to first-run movies in 2019 and upgraded seating in 2020 (post-derecho) to luxury recliners. Film delivery is first-rate as well, utilizing state-of-the-art Christie digital projection and high-quality digital sound.
The Olympic South Side Theater
Located in the heart of NewBo, The Olympic occupies the historic 116-year-old ZCBJ building, sitting above Brewhemia and Lacayo. The name honors the legacy of the Olympic South Side Theatre, which once stood just a block away. Today, they carry on that vibrant spirit as a dynamic venue for lively performances, exceptional events, and unforgettable weddings.
